- As part of our home watch services, ensure that the AC is cooling properly. If needed, reset the thermostat and humidistat to your specifications.

- Check for any visible water leaks or damage, along with signs of mold or mildew.

- Check all doors and windows to verify they are secure.

- Check for visible signs of vandalism or squatters as part of your home watch services.

- Check for visible signs of insects or rodents.

- Run faucets, check sink disposals, and flush toilets as part of our comprehensive home watch services.

- Ensure that the main water valve is turned off after each visit.

- Ensure that the water heater breaker is turned off and check for any tripped breakers.

- Walk around the perimeter of single-family homes to check for any issues, as part of your home watch services.

- Complete a thorough checklist during each inspection and provide an electronic report.

- Report to the client immediately any abnormalities found during the inspection, a crucial aspect of our home watch services.
